Terms and Conditions Hotel Celebrity in Bournemouth, Dorset
CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits that are taken are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made direct to hotel, if not in writing then please request a cancellation confirmation reference number. Guests who cancel on the day of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and first nights stay.
 
NO SMOKING POLICY: The hotel operates a strict no smoking indoors policy. Where clients smoke in bedrooms we charge £30.00 to meet the extra cost of removing smell, (often requiring us to put room off for a day).
 
PARTIES: Please note we often have parties on Friday and Saturday nights. These all finish at 12.30am. If you book Friday and Saturday and require a quiet room please let us know and, if available, we will book you into a bedroom away from the party function rooms, this is not guaranteed.
 
GROUPS: We welcome Stag and Hen Parties and do require a £250.00 bond from all groups at time of arrival. This can be paid by pre-authorisation of a credit card produced on arrival. Should the bond, or part of the bond be called due to any damage/unreasonable behaviour during the stay an invoice will be posted to the nominated address within 5 working days of check-out.

    For group bookings you may be requried to lodge a credit card number on which we will 'pre-authorise' up to £250.00 as a 'behaviour deposit'. Further details can be obtained from the hotel direct on 01202 316316 or email to reservations@hotel-celebrity.com

     
    Booking for Children
    Chidren aged 4 and below there is no charge, please make us aware on booking, if you are accompanied by young children please provide details of any special requirements in the 'Special Requests' section during the booking process (i.e. number of cots/beds). Continue to book as if booking for adults only (ie twin or double), you cannot book a single room when booking with children as rooms are not suitable (if one adult please book twin/double for single occupancy).
     
    Children aged 5 - 15 the charge is £15.00 per child, per night.
     
    Children aged over 15 are treated as adults.
     
    If only 1 child please complete the booking pricing as for a twin/double room and in special requests section please specify details of what extra beds are required, (subject to availability we will transfer to a family room).
     
    If for 2 adults and 2 children please specify family room which we have priced for 2 adults and 2 children. In the special requests section please specify if bunk beds are or are not suitable.
     
    For more than 2 children please book family room and there will be extra charge of £15.00 per child, third child onwards. In the special requests section on the 'Payment Details' page, please specify if bunk beds are or are not suitable and total number of children.
    Late Check-Out
    Please note: Late check-out bookings are only available if you have an
    'Online Booking Reference Number'. If you do not have the reference number
    please complete the online booking form. Form fields marked with a * are
    required to complete the request.
    3 Course Dinner
